My Welcome Page

"My Welcome Page" is the first page your students will see upon entering your site.  The welcome message appears at the top of your home page.  A list of your course web sites will appear below the welcome message.  In your welcome message you should include instructions for the student to click on their course.

For your "My Welcome Page", you should specify a page design.  There are three ways in which you can make your selection.  You may click the "PageOut® Provided Designs" option and make your selection from the drop-down list next to it, or if you have already created your own page design, you may click the "My Designs" option and select the design from the drop-down list next to it, or you may specify a new page design. 

There are two ways to specify a new page design.  If this is your first page design, please click the "Create My Design" link next to "My Designs".  If you have already created a page design, you may create a new one by clicking on the "My Designs" link on the "Instructor Menu" at the left.  Be sure to come back to this page when you are finished and make the appropriate page design selection.  The selected page design will only be used for your "Welcome Page".  Before exiting this page, please remember to click on "Save".
